Recently Roy and I have decided to go down the documentary route with our performance, as a strategy for promoting our clothing. The clothing is focused on a comical aspect of Leeds nightlife fashion, with many of the designs been exaggerated versions of clothing found and seen within our research. The documentary will start with a typical night out with the clothing been put on, then areas around Leeds on way to the nightclub and finally clothing on in a nightclub. Throughout all of this the clothing will be the focus point and the main aim is for it to be comical. There will also be footage of an interview with Roy and me showing us discussing the clothing. Within the filming of the clothing each of us will be taking photos of the clothing which will create a more fashion feel, which will then be used to create a portfolio of images to go with the performance. This will enable the viewer to view the clothing in more detail.
